A dealmaker and sustainability strategist, Chia specializes in
Finance Transition, Sustainable property, Agriculture, and Apparel investments
across APAC. With expertise in carbon management, ESG strategy, and financial structuring, he has led industry-first innovations, including Global’s first
TNFD-integrated TCFD report and automated carbon inventory systems. His ability to bridge finance, technology, and sustainability makes him a leading force in ESG-driven business transformation.
Angela KVO
Co-Founder & CFO
A seasoned global finance executive and corporate strategist with over 25 years of experience across the U.S., Europe,
Greater China, and Asia. Specializing in M&A, IPO preparation, cross-border capital transactions, and US SEC financial reporting, Angela has held senior positions at Fortune 500 companies, including Visteon Corporation and Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC). She is also the founder of Kuo Advisory, advising startups across Taiwan and Southeast Asia on financial and business strategy.
Dr. Yun-Tsui
Head Researcher of Sustainable Built Environment
Dr. Yun-Tsui Chang is a dedicated researcher in smart and sustainable built environments, with expertise spanning architectural design, construction engineering, and urban planning. She holds an MSc in Sustainable Urbanism from University College London, an MSc in Architecture from National Cheng Kung University and a PhD in Civil Engineering in National Taiwan University. Her professional experience includes roles as an associate project manager, sustainability consultant, and lecturer. She is certified in BREEAM AP, LEED GA, and ISO standards for BIM and carbon footprint assessment. Her contributions to sustainable construction and digital technologies in the built environment have earned her several awards, including the British Council’s Early Career Fellowship in 2024.
